Went on a 4 mile walk with a great friend 3 days straight. It's been 70 degrees and we hope to continue this trend while the weather lasts. Hooray for beautiful weather! Makes me feel so good!!! I was 134 this morning. But after this week I'm hoping to see some smaller numbers there!
