I have lost all my baby weight and I'm smaller than I was before I was pregnant. You'd think I'd be happy, which I am...but I haven't lost the "BABY LOVE LAYER." That is my #1 priority...having my stomach back with no extra flabby flab!
I weighed in today at 136.5. That is right on the verge of being overweight according to my BMI. Losing 6 pounds would be a healthier weight.
My "routine" that I try to do, but NEVER have done it all (These are all Turbo Jam Videos):
Monday: Cardio 20 minutes, Abs 10 minutes
Tuesday: Weights 40 minutes, Abs 10 minutes
Wednesday: Cardio 40 minutes
Thursday: Weights 40 minutes, Abs 20 minutes
Friday: Cardio 40 minutes, Abs 20 minutes
Saturday: Skiing if I can...something active and fun with Doug
What do you do??...maybe I'm in a rut!
