134! So that's good :) I did my workout everyday last week! First time in a long time that I've done that. It felt amazing. This week Allie has been sick, so today was my first workout. But I lost 2 1/2 lbs. in a week and that's not bad at all.

I'm not nursing anymore so my appetite has calmed down and I don't have to eat the extra calories. So now I'm back on track with normal eating patterns. However I did make piles of sugar cookies yesterday...yikes! Better start giving them away pronto.
